WHY SMILE?smiling makes you feel happier!smiling releases endorphins and serotonin. these are natural painkillers that are released by the body.Serotonin, which is also released when you're in love and when you eat chocolates, helps to regulate anger, aggression and mood, among other things, and makes you feel better.Endorphins promote a "sense of well being". so yes, smiling not only make you look as if you're in a good mood, it actually puts you in a good mood too!(:
smiling makes you more popular!take a look around your classroom-do the more popular students in your class usually have a smile on their faces, or do they always look sullen and glum?well, chances are that they are usually cheerful, bubbly, and more often than not have a big grin on their faces. this is exactly what makes them approachable- because they don't look like they're about to bite your heads off when you work with them.
smiling makes everyone else feel better!smile at a person, and he or she would most likely smile back at you. so as you're helping yourself feel better, you're also helping your friends or the people around you talk feel better about their lives, or what they're doing now.
smiling eases tension between people.you're rushing to school, but the MRT carriage is full of people. you have to squeeze yourself into tiny space right infront of the door, but your bag ends up ramming the person beside you in the gut. apologising with a smile shows that you're sorry about knocking the person, and will probably spare you of hearing someone complaining about how inconsiderate students are these days.after all, they don't want to be seen as mean people who can't accept apology graciously, do they?
SO PEOPLE.SMILE(:
i took this from teens.

Today Friday 13 i damn suay, evaporating dish break, training late, clothes stained, ran 35 rounds.
Let's talkbout his topic: the history of Friday 13....
A Friday occurring on the 13th day of any month is considered to be a day of bad luck in English, German, Polish and Portuguese-speaking cultures around the globe. Similar superstitions exist in some other traditions. In Greece or Spain, for example, Tuesday the 13th takes the same role. The fear of Friday the 13th is called paraskavedekatriaphobia (a word that is derived from the concatenation of the Greek words Παρασκευή, δεκατρείς, and φοβία, meaning Friday, thirteen, and phobia respectively; alternative spellings include paraskevodekatriaphobia or paraskevidekatriaphobia) or friggatriskaidekaphobia, and is a specialized form of triskaidekaphobia, a phobia (fear) of the number thirteen.
No historical date has been verifiably identified as the origin of the superstition. Before the 20th century, although there is evidence that the number 13 was considered unlucky, and Friday was considered unlucky, there was no link between them. The first documented mention of a "Friday the 13th" is generally listed as occurring in the early 1900's.
